Are all of your handbags handmade? TOP
YES! Each one of my handbags are made by me, Kimberly Scott in my Stockbridge, GA home. Each bag is created from the finest materials and using the latest in designer fabrics.

How long will it take to receive my item? TOP

Since I only sale handbags that are currently in stock on my site (unless otherwise stated), your purse will be shipped within 48 hours business from the time of purchase. Custom orders will of course take a longer period of time, I will communicate the turn around time on a case by case basis.

What payment types are accepted? TOP

We prefer PayPal, but you are more than welcome to send a check or money order. All of these options will be offered at the end of your check out process.

What shipping services do you offer? TOP
You have the choice of having your item shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class. I do not charge a handling fee, only the actual shipping cost.

Do you offer a money back guarantee? TOP

Yes! If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, email me at kim.scott@charter.net for instructions on returning it. Your money will be immediately refunded (less shipping fees) or you may choose from another bag of the same value if within 30 days of your purchase date.

Where do you come up with the names of your bags? TOP
Currently they are all named after my daughters, nieces and other special girls in my life.

Are your bags machine washable? TOP
All Heaven bags are machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle and line dry. A light ironing may be necessary as well.
